Ms. Foret is a Lake Charles native and a graduate of LSU Law School, and she has already developed considerable experience in the area of immigration law. Mrs. Foret is fluent in Spanish and has worked as Staff Attorney for Immigration Services for the Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Lake Charles. She also interned with Catholic Charities of Baton Rouge during her time in law school. And, she previously served as the Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable H. Ward Fontenot and Honorable Penelope Richard for the 38th Judicial District Court in Cameron, Louisiana. She was selected as a member of the La. State Bar Association Leadership Class, 2009-2010 and is a Board Member for Literacy Council of SWLA, 2010.
