  • Be sure to check the new Online Detainee Locator System to help you locate your friend or family member who has been detained: https://locator.ice.gov/odls/homePage.do
  • For most immigration cases, it is important that you bring all of your immigration-related paperwork to all of your appointments.
  • Once your case has been filed with USCIS, you can check your case status online at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website, www.uscis.gov by typing in the receipt number located at the top left of your receipt notification from USCIS. This is an efficient way to find out if anything has changed in your case, and we ask that you do so before calling our office.
